Call back on Friday to check the status and they say they haven't even shipped it yet and tried to throw the blame to FedEx. Yet if it really was FedEx at fault how come I wasn't notified that it would be late and why as soon as they knew? From working retail for 10 years this sounds like someone didn't do their job correctly. It's now over a week later and I still haven't seen the jacket.
